Brian Howard Reed, 41, died Dec. 7, 2014.
He was born July 12, 1973, in Gainesville, and lived in Plant City his adult life. He was a Manager/ Broker associate with the Weichert Realtors, Yates and Associates office in Tampa–Apollo Beach. Mr. Reed was a loving and devoted husband and father. He never met a stranger, and was loved by all who knew him. He loved to play golf, and was an avid Gator Fan. He loved taking day trips and vacations with family and friends. To many of his friends, he was their best friend. He had a great sense of humor and could light up a room with his presence. When Mr. Reed was a part of your day, it was a good day.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Christie; daughters, Allison Paige, 14, and Marissa Ann, 9. He is also survived by brother, Brett Reed of Steinhatchee; niece, Taylor Reed of Port Charlotte; and mother, Ellen Pattymae Sanders of Steinhatchee. He is preceded in death by father, Ira Reed.
Visitation and services were held Thursday, Dec. 11, at Willow Oak Baptist Church in Mulberry.
