Cyrena Lang’s Dragon Hooper classes put a fun twist on fitness wherever they’re held, including the Planteen Recreation Center. She recently posted a shot of one of her kids classes having a blast to the @dragonhooper Instagram. “The #hoop is about community, self-expression, feeling a connection, sparking a passion and finding yourself,” Lang wrote on her Instagram post. These things are so important as a child and also as an adult.”
