The Arts Council brought back its event, Supporting the Culinary Arts through Chili and Chocolate, Saturday, March 28 at the train depot in Historic Downtown.
There were three different categories for the chili cook-off and a people’s choice award. The winners of the chili cook-off are:

Spicy
First: Plant City Entertainment
Second: David and Lisa Galloway
Novelty
