The Plant City Police Department is asking for any tips involving a female suspect who robbed a Sunshine State Bank earlier today.
At 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10, the police department received a 911 call from Sunshine State Bank at 2400 James L. Redman Parkway.
A white female suspect entered the bank and demanded and undisclosed sum of money from a bank employee. After receiving the money, the suspect left the bank area on foot.
The female was wearing blue jeans, a black jacket, white shoes, and a black beanie hat. She is thought to be between 40 to 45 years old, and was carrying a leather or vinyl bag with handles.
