The second annual Mother-Son Bowling Bash is a few weeks away, and interested groups have just over a week to sign up.
The event, scheduled to start at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, will be held at Family Bowl, 2250 U.S. Highway 92 E., and is open to boys age 5 and older. Mothers, grandmothers, aunts and those considered “mother figures” are welcome to participate.
The $25 cost covers two hours of bowling, shoe rentals, food, prizes and a photo for each mother-son tandem. Additional guests may be brought for $7.
