Plant City Police Department searching for Taylor Rental burglary suspects

Plant City detectives are searching for suspects who broke into Taylor Rental, 601 S. Collins Street in Plant City. The break-in occurred at approximately 4:09 a.m. on May 28, according to the news release. 

The number of suspects is unknown, however two were captured on the surveillance video. The report said the fence surrounding Taylor Rental was knocked down and the suspects took a variety of items, including a John Deere mower, diesel generators, rims, tires and propane. 

Detectives are estimating the total value of all the stolen goods to be approximately $30,000. Due to the weight and size of the items taken a large truck or vehicle would have been required to remove the merchandise. 

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to notify authorities. Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information that leads to the identification and arrest of the suspects. Crime Stoppers must be contacted first in order to be eligible for the reward.
