Back by popular demand, the first Planters Reunite meeting in five years was held May 19 at the Charlie Grimes Agricultural Center.
The event brought together the PCHS classes of 1956 through 1972, the last year in which the school's mascot was the Planter and the colors were orange and blue. The event featured a dinner for the hundreds in attendance, decorated exhibits for each graduating class and a photo booth.
