On Wednesday, May 20, Turkey Creek Middle School students of all grade levels competed in Olympic Day competitions. Students who tried out and made the different Olympic Day teams participated in 400-meter races, archery, basketball, long jump competitions and other activities throughout the day.
The day began with an opening ceremony where the Olympic torch was passed between all the grade levels. Students in each grade level competed for bronze, silver and gold medals. Great job to all who participated!
