Over 100 young Plant City footballers took the pitch at the Otis M. Andrews Sports Complex in Saturday’s Tri-Star Youth Soccer Skills Competition.

Passing, shooting and dribbling skills were all put to the test throughout the morning, and Little Miss Plant City Raylynn Thompson and her court – who also competed in the event – handed out the trophies to each age group’s top three winners.

The event was sponsored by the Plant City Recreation and Parks Department, as well as the Plant City Optimist Club.
