There wasn’t a well-styled head without a flamboyant and fashionable hat sitting atop it at the Camellia Tea Room in downtown Plant City, Aug. 14.
Friends and family joined the Strawberry Queens Court for an afternoon of tea. The shabby chic room was filled with happy faces, chatting and enjoying their time together before the Strawberry Queen, Kelsey Fry, leaves to attend college at the University of West Florida.
