Local business packed the Florida Strawberry Festival Expo Hall Thursday for the Plant City Community Expo.
The Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce event featured a variety of local chamber members, from banks to restaurants, all with handouts and giveaways. The Plant City Observer was also on hand with copies of its latest edition.
Door prizes were also given away, including a gift certificate to Nick’s Pizza and an olive gift basket. A promotion called “passport to win” allowed guests to collect stamps from visiting vendor booths for a chance to win a cash prize of $150.
