Before the Trace Adkins concert, Plant City Mayor Mike Sparkman, Strawberry Festival President Ron Gainey, Chief of Police Steve Singletary, Fire Chief David Burnett, the Strawberry Queen Court and others honored military members. They asked those of the armed services to stand up in the crowd to be recognized.
