Students from the Leos Clubs at Durant and Strawberry Crest high schools were busy clowning around Feb. 16, in preparation for the upcoming Florida Strawberry Festival parades.
The students, under the leadership of Plant City Lions Club Tail Twister David Vick, a retired clown, are learning the art of clowning. They will participate in both the Civitan Club Youth Parade and the Grand Parade and will offer balloon creations and plenty of laughs along the parade routes.
