It might have been 70 degrees on Saturday, Jan. 26, but the students of Knights Elementary enjoyed some winter fun in the snow during their annual Winter Festival.
Students slid down a blow up slide and into a pool of the fluffy white powder. The so-called snow was being blown out of a machine, creating flurries falling from the sky.
Besides the chilly attraction, there was cotton candy and snow cone vendors as well as fun booths with games like bowling and crafts. No festival would be complete without a bouncy house.
