The Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce hosted a Health and Fitness Challenge Friday, April 17, at Ellis-Methvin Park. Teams competed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in classic field games such as a sack race and tug of war, as well as more creative events such as a truck push and monkey bar course. Proceeds benefitted South Florida Baptist Hospital and the Kiwanis Club of Plant City, in addition to the chamber. The top competitors received medals and trophies at the end of the day.
