Flags twirled and rifles and sabers sliced the air as winter color guards from throughout the state took the floor for competition at the Florida Federation of Colurguards Circuit Plant City Strawberry Invitational Feb. 8, at Plant City High School.
The all-day affair featured performances from more than 40 color guards. The evening drumline competition featured squads from 11 schools.
Local competitors included Plant City High School’s Raiderettes and Strawberry Crest High School’s percussion section.
