On Saturday, Aug. 1, Family Festival was held at American Legion. The festival featured food, vendors and animals that were ready for adoption. A number of animal rescue groups were present, including The Greyhound Gang of Florida and Tampa Bay Bulldog Club Rescue. The event benefitted Caribbean Spay Neuter projects.
