A group of Plant City business leaders, politicians and do-gooders joined together at the Walden Lake home of George and Cassandra Banning Friday, Oct. 21, for the annual Cracker Country Feast.
The event is a Daybreak Rotary Club fundraiser for the United Food Bank. Guests dined on oysters, gator, coconut shrimp, pie and more while pursuing through a silent auction. Unity in the Community presented a $30,000 check to new food bank Executive Director Mary Heysek.
