  • Brian West and Lance Hamm. The Plant City Elks Lodge was named the Special Business of the Year.

  • 2016 winners included the Florida Strawberry Growers Association, Courtney Paat State Farm, Stingray Chevrolet and the Plant City Elks.

    Businesses that go above and beyond in the Winter Strawberry Capital of the World were honored Thursday, Nov. 3, at the 2016 Business of the Year Awards.

The Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce recognizes one small, mid-size, large and special business every year. 

    This year’s winners included the Florida Strawberry Growers Association for Small Business of the Year, Courtney Paat State Farm for Mid-Size Business of the Year and Stingray Chevrolet for Large Business of the Year. 

    The Plant City Elks Lodge was named the recipient of the Special Business of the Year award.
