The Plant City Recreation & Parks Department and Optimist Club held their 21st annual golf tournament on Saturday, Oct. 10, at Walden Lake Golf and Country Club.
Every year, the groups hold the tournament to raise money for youth sports and activities throughout the Plant City area. This year, the tournament also featured a putting contest, several long drive and closest-to-the-pin awards, door prizes and a chance to win a golf cart with a hole-in-one at the eighth hole.
