The brisk winter breeze didn’t keep residents away from the 2014 Martin Luther King Festival carnival and midway Jan. 18, outside the MLK Recreation Center.
The carnival featured plenty of rides and activities for the kids, some of the best barbecue around and an afternoon full of live music.
