Hundreds of people braved knee-deep, muddy waters the morning of Aug. 25 to prove they "have what it takes."
It's the signature tagline for Plant City's famed Mud Titan 5K series. Mud Titan celebrated its 10th event — Mud Titan X — that day with everything mud runners know and love about running its course in the cow pasture: plenty of obstacles, camaraderie and mud for everyone. This summer's run came shortly after heavy rains flooded parts of the Prevatt Road pasture, including the start/finish areas, but that didn't stop runners from braving the warped wall, monkey bars and dozens of other challenges.
