Plant City brought in the new year with a new Chamber of Commerce chairman and city manager, changing of the guard in both the Florida Strawberry Festival Queen and Junior Royalty pageants and a big celebration for the MLK Festival. We also finally got a Chick-fil-A (even if it was just a pop-up shop).
