Crowds line street for MLK Freedom Parade

Frigid winds and an overcast sky didn’t stop Plant City from lining the streets for the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Freedom Parade. The marshals were Dan Raulerson former State Representative and Ricardo Coronado, a pastor and community activist.

Children caught mutli-colored beads, candy and flags as they watched local bands, churches and organizations drive by. The parade was led by the Plant City Police Department and was hosted by the Improvement League of Plant City.
