Chattered echoed off the polished floors of Stephanie Humphrey’s Historic Downtown photography studio as I walked inside. The 2015 Wonder Women weren’t shy about getting to know each other. They were confident and curious, two traits that should belong to any of our nominees.
Stephanie Humphrey had once again let us use her creative space and her extraordinary talent to capture the inner beauty of our Wonder Women for professional portraits and a group shot.
I watched and offered input when asked. But it was Plant City Times & Observer interns Abby Baker and Arden White who did the work. They mingled, with their cameras, among the Wonder Women to get candid shots for a behind-the-scenes look. I hoped they were as inspired as I was by our Wonder Women. This section is to recognize strong women in our community, but it also serves to inspire the next generation to follow in their footsteps by following their own dreams.
