In Plant City, November might be a barbecue lover’s favorite time of year with Pig Jam on the calendar.
The 2018 competition returned to the parking area at the Randy L. Larson Softball Four-Plex on Nov. 16 and 17 so dozens upon dozens of grill masters from in and around the Southeast could put their skills to the test. Even for those who weren’t cooking, Pig Jam was a great way to try a wide variety of barbecue and enjoy live music, kids’ entertainment and Friday night fireworks.
