April kicked off with Plant City High School’s drama program’s dual-language production of Aladdin and never lost steam. The fourth month of the year brought events like the Blueberry Festival, RailFest and Relay for Life back, as well as new offerings in Discovery Quest, Praise in the Park and the War on I-4 food truck rally. Locals teamed up to help firefighter/EMT Jimmy Riley fight brain cancer and rocked the stage at Krazy Kup’s first-ever Lip Sync Battle.
