Walter M. Niswonger, 93, died Aug. 15, 2013, in Plant City.
He was born Oct. 31, 1919, in Doniphan, Mo., to Henry Niswonger and Bertha (Elliott) Niswonger.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Ruth (Johnson) Niswonger.
Mr. Niswonger will be laid to rest at Jefferson Barrack Cemetery, in St. Louis.
