Thomas Donaldson Richey Jr., 77, of Plant City, died in his home April 8, 2013.
Mr. Richey retired after 31 years, from the Department of Transportation for the State of Florida. He then founded his own surveying company, Hillsborough Surveying Inc.
Survivors include wife of 57 years, Patty; son, David (Amy) and daughter Linda Wilkerson (Doug Johnston); five grandchildren, Christopher Richey (Ashley), Michelle Tears (Shawn), Will, Blane and Preston Wilkerson; three great-grandchildren, Kyle, Reagan and Avery; and aunt, Ruby Warren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, T.D. Sr. and Berta; and two brothers, Rodney and Larry.
