Robert I. Ridenour, 85, of Sandusky, Ohio, died Oct. 8, 2014, in Lakeland.
Mr. Ridenour was a Christian, a mason and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was known as “Captain Bob” in the boating community of Sanford.
Mr. Ridenour is predeceased by his wife, Joyce Elaine Barnett of Sandusky.
Survivors include son, Mike Ridenour; daughters, Bobbi J. Foote (Jeff) and Jodi K. Sauer (Bill); four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held Oct. 12, at Wells Memorial and Event Center, Plant City.
