Minnie Lou Smith, 75, died March 10, 2015, in Plant City.
She was born in Jasper, to Thomas Bell and Mary Elizabeth (Taylor) Bryan. She loved sewing, cooking and singing.
Survivors include son, Nick Erimie; daughters, Cindy Caroway, Charlotte Commander (Ronald) and Lynn Bergeron (Dave); one brother; two sisters; four granddaughters; six grandsons; eight great-grandsons; and seven great-granddaughters.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death her husband, Ronnie Joe Smith.
A funeral service was held March 17, at Wells Memorial and Event Center. Pastor Tommy Hampton officiated. Burial followed at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Tampa.
