Jerry E. Brooks, 75, of Lithia, and born in Opp, Alabama, died April 13, 2016.
He enjoyed softball and fishing.
He is survived by his children, Wayne, Billy, Nicky and Chucky; brother, Willie; and many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Will and Alice; and siblings, Bobbie, Voncille and Lonie.
A celebration of life was held April 16, at Hopewell Funeral Home in Plant City. Committal followed at Hopewell Memorial Gardens in Plant City.
