Jack Edwin “Jack E.” Jacobsen Jr., of Plant City, died July 4, 2015 in North Carolina.
He is survived by his mother, Druann Brock; brother, Jeff Jacobsen (Angela); nieces, Jessica and Shelby; nephews, Jeff Jr. (Kelsey), Josh (Jasmine), Jarrett and Joseph.
He was predeceded in death by his father.
A celebration of life will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 31, at Haught Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 6:30 p.m.
