Gail E. Norris, 89, of Plant City, died April 1, 2014, at Valencia Hills Health and Rehab Center, in Lakeland.
Born Sept. 18, 1924, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late John Knowles and Evelyn Deskalla Knowles.
