Esther Ruth VanVolkom, 90, died April 21, 2013, in Tampa.
She was born Nov. 29, 1922, in Greene, N.Y.
Survivors include three sons, Everett Milks, Donald Heath and Danny Fritzie; twin daughters, June Rhodus and Jessie Thurber; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Madaline Mercier.
