Dorcas Jean Loezius, 80, died March 22, 2015, in Brandon.
She was a resident of Plant City, but was born in Bedford, Virginia, to William Henry and Minnie Pearl (Smith) Rader. She is survived by her loving family. Services will take place in Virginia. Online condolences may be made at WellsMemorial.com.
