Linda Faye Daughtry, 78, of Dover, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021. She was born in Hartsville, Colquitt County, Georgia on September 18, 1942. Mary Frances Sweterlitsch Buzza

Mary Frances Sweterlitsch Buzza, 83, of Plant City, went to be with our Lord and Savior on 4/18/2021. Services will be held at Wells Memorial Funeral Home, 1903 W. Reynolds St., Plant City, Florida on 4/24/2021. There will be a visitation with family and friends with catering from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. There will then be a funeral mass after the visitation. 

Mary was born on October 26, 1937 in Coraopolis, PA to Dr. Louis H. Sweterlitsch and Pauline R. Sweterlitsch. She graduated with a bachelor of science in nursing from Villa Maria School of Nursing. She began her career working in the neonatal services and ended it with more than 25 years of service as a director of nurses for several nursing homes. She became an amazing watercolorist after retirement and was always working on her gardening. Mary was an amazing mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed. 

She is preceded in death by her son, Mark Andrew Buzza; and twins, Paula and Christine. She is survived by her children, Karen Scheffer, Suzanne King (Bryan King), Matthew Buzza (Mary W. Buzza) and Katie Sparkman (Tom Sparkman); her faithful dog, Charlie; her grandchildren, Laura Scheffer, Amy Scheffer, Ian Scheffer, Emily Buzza, Erin Buzza, Jack Sparkman and Sara Grace Sparkman; her siblings, Dr Paul Sweterlitsch (Geri), Dr Louis Sweterlitsch Jr. (Rachel), Richard Sweterlitsch and Ann Lasota (Richard). Lastly, her amazing caregivers who were with her until the end include Daisy Rivera, Shanice Eliacin and Ashley Wooley.

John A. Cerny Sr

John A. Cerny Sr., 66, of Plant City, died April 13, 2021 at Brandon Regional Hospital. Mr. Cerny was born August 19, 1954, in Chicago, Illinois to John and Joann Cerny.  He graduated from High School and was a diesel mechanic at WW Trucking for more than 20 years. His interests included fishing, his dogs, watching hockey and NASCAR. He is survived by his son, John A. Cerny, Jr.; and his brothers, Mark and Glen. At his request, no service will be held.
