Elena M. Richter, 74, of Plant City, passed away Oct. 27, 2021. Born in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Jorge and Barbara Morfin (Wolf), she was a 1969 graduate of Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, Mich. and a member of Beta Beta Beta, the Biology Honor Society. She was a Registered Technologist in Diagnostic Ultrasound; a 31-year member of the Master Chorale of Tampa Bay and a member of the Lakeland Miniature Guild.
Elena is survived by her husband of 51 years, Gus Richter; a daughter, Marcella and her partner, Chris Spires; a son, Kurt and his wife, Elizabeth; and her grandchildren, Eva, Eliana and Jacob. Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers or cards, the family suggests contributions to American Cancer Society or Master Chorale of Tampa Bay.
