Brian S. West, 58, of Plant City, born on January 17, 1968, in Lakeland, entered into eternal rest on June 22, 2026. He was the Community Relations Manager for Publix, Associate Director for the Florida Strawberry Festival, Board member for the East Hillsborough Law Enforcement Appreciation Association, and the Special Olympics Florida, member of First Baptist Church Plant City, past President of the Plant City Lions Club, past Chairman for the United Food Bank Plant City, past Chairman of the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, and many other community service organizations. He loved his family and the Lord dearly, and enjoyed serving the community, golfing, and woodworking. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jennifer West; children, Elizabeth Ann West, Elijah James West, and Emory Christian West; mother, Sue Brown (Nick); brother, David West (Erin); and many other extended family and friends. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 26 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church Plant City, 3309 James L. Redman Parkway, Plant City, where the family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P.M. Interment at Shiloh Cemetery, Plant City. Robyn Garrels Jeffries, 75, of Plant City, Fla., born on May 12, 1951, in Tampa, Fla., entered into eternal rest on June 18, 2026. She was a retired kindergarten teacher from Springhead Elementary. She is a member at GracePoint Plant City and former member of First Presbyterian Church Plant City. She loved crafting, baking, sewing, reading, visiting Anna Maria Island beach, and watching football games with Jim. She is survived by husband for 54 years, James “Jim” Jeffries; daughters, Dawn Kicklighter (Alan) of Plant City, and Ginger Blackmon (Ryan) of Jacksonville Beach; grandchildren, Jayde Schou (Cody), Alana Kicklighter, Yohannes Kicklighter, Easton Kicklighter (Michaela), Paulos Kicklighter, Bode Blackmon, and Kennedy Blackmon; great-grandchildren, Kenlyn Schou, Riley Schou, and Anakin Kicklighter; siblings, Darolyn Perez-Poveda (Gus), Penny Lee, Bonnie Futch (David), Jan Nelson, Kerry Eldridge (Mike), and Wendy McLeod (Mark); and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at GracePoint Plant City, 1107 Charlie Griffin Road, Plant City, FL, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Hopewell Memorial Gardens, Plant City, FL.
