Born in 1943, as Pamela Scott Cooper, she carried her grace, strength, and warmth through every chapter of her life, touching countless hearts along the way. She joins her husband Hal, in the arms of our Lord.
Pamela’s life was defined by the kindness she offered so freely and the quiet resilience that guided her through both joys and challenges. John ‘Jack’ Clifton Elliott

With deep sorrow, we announce that John “Jack” Clifton Elliott passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Jan. 5, 2026.
Jack shared 37 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Choy Elliott. He was a devoted and loving father to Linda Elliott, Scott Elliott, Jeff (Mary) Elliott, and his adopted daughter, Melissa (Mark) Messier. Though a stepfather by title, Jack was a father by heart to Marlon (Gretchen) Rosales, John (Jillian) Rosales, Erlyn (Mark) Malone, and Ermy (Lay) Vorasane. He also opened his heart and home as a foster father to Zen Zen Bato. To all of them, he will forever be remembered simply as Dad and Papa.
One of Jack’s greatest blessings was being Grandpa and Papa to his many grandchildren: Michael, Alison, Robbie, Carolyn, Kathryn, Hollie, Matthew, Jackie, Deanice, Sorren, Maqio, Elle, Kyra, Zacherie, Layla, Liam, Elayna, Ethan, Dylan, and Stephen. He cherished each of them deeply and found his greatest happiness in the time they spent together.
Jack was the proud owner of Mrs. Alison’s Cookie Company in St. Louis, Missouri, and Dad’s Cookies in Plant City, Florida. Through his dedication and entrepreneurial spirit, his family’s cookies found their way onto grocery store shelves across America, becoming a beloved treat in countless homes.
While he took great pride in his work, Jack’s deepest fulfillment always came from his role as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
He had a deep love for boating. Time spent on the water brought him peace and was one of his favorite ways to relax, reflect, and enjoy life with those he loved.
Above all, Jack was steady, loving, and deeply devoted. His presence brought comfort, strength, and reassurance to all who knew him. His legacy lives on not only through the iconic cookies his family created, but also through the kindness, integrity, and love he instilled in everyone whose life he touched.
Jack will be deeply missed and forever remembered with love.
