Outgoing Noon Rotary President Brian Griffin welcomed incoming President Jeremy Burris at a meeting in June.
Under Griffin’s leadership, Noon Rotary had two successful fundraisers that enabled the club to donate over $38,000 into the community.
Jodi Stevens won a special service award for all her hard work during the year on various projects and committees. Griffin said Jodi was always one to “step up to plate” and do whatever was asked of her this past year.
Tim Kip won the Rotarian of the Year award. Kip serves as the chairman for the International Rotary Foundation as well as the club’s Scholarship Committee. Kip also coordinates the ticket sales for the annual Wild Game fundraiser.
