The Florida Commission on the Status of Women is looking for nominations for the Florida Achievement Award. The Commission will recognize meritorious women who have improvd the lives of women in Florida and who have served as positive role models for women and girls in their community.
Nominations may be made in two categories: women 25 and under; and women 26 and older. Nominations must be post marked by June 30. Nomination forms and instructions are available at FCSW.net or by calling (850) 414-3300.
Recipients selected to receive the award will be honored at the Commission’s quarterly meeting Sept. 11 in Winter Park.
