Although Jim Sparks has only owned Nick's Pizzaria & Wings for four years, he has plenty more history to celebrate.
Nick's, located at 1707 James L. Redman Pkwy., is celebrating its 10-year anniversary this month. Sparks reports that, in his four years of ownership, business has seen a 100% increase.
“It’s been an honor to serve the Plant City community the finest pizza around,” Sparks said in a release.
The pizzeria gets its ingredients from local farmer's markets and uses a reverse osmosis filtering system in the water for its dough. It may be best-known for its wings and its 15 homemade wing sauces, which it sells on-site in mason jars. Sparks says that the restaurant sells 3,000 wings per week.
