PROPAGATION IS TOPS IN TAMPA BAY
Plant City’s Propagation Whiskey Bar and Kitchen sits on top of OpenTable rankings in the area. OpenTable is an online restaurant reservation service. The app also allows diners to rate the food, service, ambience, and noise. Propagations holds a 4.8 out of 5, which is at the top of the scale for restaurants in the region, and puts it in ties with restaurants like Tampa’s famous Bern’s Steakhouse, Sunda New Asian, and the Michelin-recommended Rooster & the Till. Since its opening in September 2024, the elevated gastropub has built its business. In downtown Plant City, customer traffic for several businesses has dropped by 20 to 30 percent during the summer. But, Propagation, “has not slowed down,” Owner/Operator Brandon Snyder said. Currently, it is serving over 4,100 customers each month with creations curated by Partner and Executive Chef Rocco Taliani. Propagation is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
