As the Florida Strawberry Festival opens, it’s time for hungry festival goers to dive into the variety of new food offerings this year. While you probably already have a favorite staple dish at the festival, take a look at these new savory and sweet menu items that are sure to excite and please your palate. Bring your appetite and sample these delicious and unique sensations. These are just a few of the offerings at the 2025 Florida Strawberry Festival!
Strawberry Crunch Funnel Cake
Prowant Specialty is offering a strawberry batter funnel cake, topped with powdered sugar, lemon vanilla glaze, and a homemade ice-cream-bar-inspired strawberry crunch. Find Prowant Specialty on the west side of the GT Grandstands.
Strawberry Campfire Crunch
Sunshine Concessions is preparing a buttery grilled sandwich filled with marshmallows, Nutella, crushed graham crackers and sweet strawberry jam. Find Sunshine Concessions north of the Wish Farms Soundstage.
Strawberry Decker
Make sweet music with this sandwich made of creamy strawberry ice cream and warm chocolate chip cookies. March over to the Stadium Exhibit Building to find the PCHS Raider Regiment.
Hot Honey Apple Fries
Bring on the heat with Crumpet Concessions as they bring you a sweet heat combination of crispy fried apples topped with hot honey and sweet strawberries. You will find them by the Central Florida Exterior, Inc Comfort Zone
Penne Pickle Pasta
Outside the Stingray Chevrolet Entertainment Pavilion, you will find Spaghetti Eddie’s with a savory combination of penne pasta, Alfredo sauce, and tangy pickles.
Strawberry Shortcake Snoball and Royal Strawberry Snoball
For a cool treat, head to the west side of the Arthur Boring Civic Center where you will find Pelican’s Snoballs offering two cool treats. The Strawberry Shortcake Snoball is a combination of vanilla sno cream and strawberry shortcake flavor, topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbles. The Royal Strawberry Snoball is fluffy strawberry sno cream and strawberry flavor topped with whipped cream and a sweet strawberry drizzle.
Strawberry BBQ Eggroll
Double T Enterprises is tempting your taste buds with a bold fusion of savory BBQ flavors on the inside with strawberry sauce drizzled on a crispy exterior. You can find them just inside Gate 10.
Strawberry Cinnamon Bun a la Mode
Cinnamon Bun Saloon brings you the Cinnamon Bun a la Mode, featuring a warm cinnamon bun topped with strawberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. You can find this treat south of the Parke Exhibit Building.
Strawberry Crunch Nachos
Sweet Missions brings you Strawberry Crunch Nachos made of sweet waffle cone chips, cheesecake dip, fresh strawberries, strawberry crunch topping, and topped with sweet glaze. You will find Sweet Missions in the Softub Carriage House.
Deep Fried Uncrustable
Plant City Black Heritage Concessions brings you the Deep Fried Uncrustable, a childhood favorite as you’ve never experienced before. Find Plant City Black Heritage Concessions to the north of the Tampa Electric Expo Hall.
Sandy Ann’s Fried Pies
Sandy Ann’s Fried Pies brings you the Poor Porker, a savory fried hand pie stuffed with slow cooked pork and topped with sweet strawberry sauce. Find Sandy Ann’s Fried Pies by the Stingray Chevrolet display.
