Plant City Mayor Rick Lott and wife Di Lott brought a copy of the Observer with them to President Donald Trump's inauguration Friday, Jan. 20, in Washington, D.C.
"Plant City is always with me," Rick Lott said. "We just took the picture right after the inauguration ceremony."
