Jayla Taylor got a nice surprise Jan. 23 when she became one of the first people to meet the 2018 Strawberry Festival Queen and Court out in public. "The ladies were all so sweet and engaging with her," Taylor's mother, Vanessa Borges, said. "Talk about making a little girl's day!" Borges wins this week's I Love Plant City photo contest.
