Applications for the 2016 Better Living for Seniors Hillsborough Alliance scholarship are now being accepted.
The group, which connects business professionals with seniors and caregivers, awards a scholarship annually to Hillsborough County students who wish to pursue a career working with seniors after college. The $1,000 award will be given to students in good academic standing who are enrolled in a post-secondary program relative to the field.
Applicants are asked to visit www.BLFSA.com to complete and submit their forms, and submit the required essay, by June 24. Finalists will be named on July 22 and asked to participate in an interview. The winner will receive the award on August 16.
