Chelley is a rescue dog being fostered in a Plant City home. She is a one-year-old Rat Terrier mix and is available to adopt through 4 Lucky Dogs. www.4luckydogs.org
She was found abandoned at an empty house tied tightly to a porch pole with no food or water. Luckily a man saw her and called the rescue to help. They are now trying to find her a forever home.
Chelly LOVES everyone she meets and gives each person a huge greeting. Her favorite activities are rolling over for a belly rub, entertaining herself with dog toys, and walking on a leash around the Plant City neighborhoods. She would enjoy living with another playful dog or with an owner who leads an active lifestyle.
