Five Strawberry Crest students took part in the 2016 Florida State HOSA Competition last week, and two will move on to the next level.
Isabella Chaudhry, Abraham Mathew, Kevin Chacko, Raphael Brosula and Cameron Cornett went to Orlando to test their skills from April 14-17, and also to attend workshops and network with almost 3,000 like-minded health occupation students. Brosula placed first in the Medical Spelling contest, and Chacko placed second in the Prepared Speaking competition.
Brosula and Chacko will compete at the 39th HOSA International Competition in June, which will be held in Nashville, Tennessee.
